Hypnotherapy

A hypnotherapy session usually lasts between 60 to 90 minutes. Prior to the session, a 30-minute introductory call will be arranged to go through the details you provided when booking the appointment. No payment will be charged until the introductory call has been completed to confirm the appointment.

Sample Therapy

A few hypnotherapy sessions are dedicated for pro bono service every month. These sessions will focus on specific topics, such as weight control, relationships, and financial abundance. If you have issues related to one of the dedicated topics, please feel free to schedule a session below. A 30-minute introductory call will be arranged prior to the session.

When you are in the alpha state, you become the most programmable for suggestions. Though you enter the alpha state at least twice a day (waking up and falling asleep), it only lasts for a few minutes. To stay in the alpha state for an extended peiod of time, you can enter a relaxed and focused state consciously, such as meditation. These audios will be able to help.
